About

The Hütte has a traditional feel, using locally sourced oak shingles on the exterior and reclaimed pitch pine cladding on the interior. Built to the highest quality housing standards, it is intelligently engineered for year-round occupancy. The cabin is extremely thermally efficient utilising Thermafleece insulation and double glazing, meaning it is warm in winter and cool in summer. There are other luxury details such as a marble clad wet room with thermostatic shower, compost loo, contemporary brass fittings, ash flooring and oak worktops. There is a large panoramic window, nearly the width and height of the cabin, framing the view. Outside there is an outdoor Ooni oven with griddle - perfect for pizza, meats and veggies Yeti cool box, Wood fired hot tub, thermostatic shower, Hay lounging chairs and an iroko deck.

How it works

Once you have booked your required dates, you will be sent a e-mail prior to your stay giving full directions and what3words location. When you arrive the key will be in the door. If you are arriving in the dark, we will provide torches. You should have enough logs for your stay; if you would like more, we can supply at cost. We can normally provide 24hr support for any questions or issues.
